We returned to Tahoe for our fifth anniversary in August.  We rented a condo at Northstar and had a blast with all of our family.  Eleanor came out the first half of the week, as did Ron and Pat, who stayed with Marcie, Michael, and Hyla.  We got to see their house in  Truckee.  We also mountain biked Northstar, caught some trout on the Little Truckee, and broke the big news to my mom and dad at the Atlantis in Reno.  Mom was a little bitter that we hadn't told her before, but her record at keeping secrets cost her dearly.  In addition, we rented a boat with Big Daddy, and invested a little at the tables, coming out ahead!  Mom showed us her lot and the model of her house that is now under construction in Reno.  We hope to visit again when it's finished.
