Majors We offer more than 70 pre-professional, liberal arts and teaching programs, including some of the most innovative programs in the region such as combined physics/business, music industry, graphic design and paralegal majors, as well as our newest majors in health services administration and management information systems. Career Experience MSU offers the resources of a major university along with the advantages and attention of a smaller campus. We enroll approximately 6,000 students, with classes averaging about 18 students. You get to know your professors personally and can work with them in collaborative research or creative projects. It’s a mentoring approach to teaching that helps you succeed. We also provide opportunities for hands-on career preparation through on-campus organizations and activities, overseas study, internships and jobs on campus.
