New medications will be added throughout the year. There are no forms to fill out. Simply ask for the 90 day generic program at your local Kmart pharmacy. You can also view the formulary via this link. Check back monthly for new medications. This new low cost generic program can be helpful for families who have no other drug coverage. Also, for Charities trying to STRETCH their annual budget for prescription assistance. The covered generic medications (formulary) include cardiovascular, diuretics, gastrointestinal, behavioral, pain, women’s health, diabetes, muscle relaxants and other medications. For brand medication, please print off and use our Kmart Rx discount card. The savings will vary, but all brand medication will be discounted versus regular retail. It can also be used for generics not covered under the special formulary program. Simply print off the Kmart card using Adobe. Or, using your browser, print off this page. Please make copies and give them out to any person who can benefit from our discount card. You need Adobe installed on your computer to print off our Rx cards.
