Pharmacy Discount Card

Join our free prescription drug card program and save money on most brand and generic medication. We charge no membership dues or fees. Our program is for uninsured consumers. Our Rx discount card gives you a discount versus regular retail price. Our average savings last month was almost 25%.

Please note: Our Rx savings card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card or pharmacy benefit including Medicaid or state assistance program. It is only for people who pay regular retail price for their medication.

Our pharmacy network includes about 30 major chains including CVS pharmacy, Rite Aid pharmacy, Big Bear pharmacy, Eckerd pharmacy, Publix pharmacy, Target pharmacy, Winn Dixie pharmacy, Cub pharmacy, Tops Market pharmacy, Meijer pharmacy, Buehler pharmacy, Arbor drugs, Giant Eagle pharmacy, Safeway Supermarkets pharmacy, Seaway pharmacy, Medic Drugs, Ritzmans pharmacy, Dillon pharmacy, Shop-Rite, Kmart pharmacy, SuperValu, Seaway Food Town, Kroger pharmacy, Hy-Vee pharmacy, Marc Glassman pharmacy, Acme, American Drug Stores, Fry Drug, Drug Castle and Medic Drug. If your pharmacy is not listed, they are not in our network.

To begin using our drug discount card, simply print off the following page using Adobe® Reader®. Can you download Adobe® Reader® at no cost via their website. Next, fill out the card with your name and soc. Security number. If you do not want to use your soc. Security number, simply create a random 9-digit number. Or, contact us and we will send you a durable Rx card by mail. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

Once the pharmacist submits your first prescription, you will be in our computer system. The price you pay the pharmacy will include our member discount. Most brand and generic mediation are eligible for a discount. Medications not discounted will be at the pharmacies regular price.

Plan Summary:

1. Print off your new Rx membership discount card.

2. Fill it your name and soc. Security number.

3. Present it to the pharmacy at the time of purchase

4. Pay the amount indicated by the pharmacist.
