Thoughts II: Slush Day

  1. The weather control grids Star Trek is so fond of are really overkill. Sidewalk-clearing robots would solve most of the problem.
  2. Lots of people in my apartment complex seem to deal with bad road conditions by ordering out for pizza. That strikes me as admirably pragmatic but dubiously ethical.
