General Event Information

Arrival
The event is being held about 1 hour north of Milwaukee, WI. There is a nice airport in Milwaukee which sometimes has good deals from the east coast. Chicago O'hare is also only about 2 hour away. If you are coming by car, you will be able to use interstates most of the way.

Registration and Check-in
You will be able to register online. We will have check-in Friday at the Baymont Inn in Plymouth, WI. You will also be able to check-in on Saturday at the Greenbush parking lot.

Area Attractions
Road America race track is just 5 minutes away from the Baymont Inn. The American Club with Whistling Straits and Blackhawk Run golf courses is about 20 minutes away. You may find some interesting shops in Elkhart Lake or Plymouth. The Wade House is an historic estate in Greenbush, WI just minutes from the event site.

Event Information
Please print any event information you need off the website prior to coming. We will give you any new information at check-in, but won't reprint and hand out the information already given on the website.

Electronic Punching
We will use SportIdent on Saturday and Sunday, but not on Friday.

Parking on Saturday and Sunday
There is a $7 fee per day for parking. We will get a group discount and sell them at registration/check-in for $5. Parking space is limited, so we encourage you to carpool from your motels to the event. If everyone makes an effort to carpool you will save money, help the environment and ensure that we don't run into parking issues the day of the event. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Aurora Urgent Care
Aurora Urgent Care is on Hwy 23 and is open from 8am-5pm. The number there is 1-920-449-7000. From the event parking lot head north on Kettle Moraine Dr. Turn/veer right on T. Turn right in town and go to Hwy 23. Turn right and go about 3 miles. Aurora Urgent Care is on the righthand side shortly before you get to the Baymont. In case of emergency dial 911.

Banquet Menu
The banquet will be served buffet style. The menu is baked chicken OR beef tenderloin tips OR vegetarian, green beans with pearl onions, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, fruit salad, french bread, relish tray(carrots, pickles, radishes, celery), cheese tray, coffee, milk, water, chocolate brownie, cash bar(soda, beer, wine and mixed drinks)

Hunting
There will be deer bow hunting season while the event is on. The bow hunting season is about 3 months long and goes all fall. We orienteer during it all the time. If you have concerns about it, we recommend wearing bright colors.
