Marla Shoop Johnson, CET has worked with clients in the health, safety, and environmental training industry since 1988. As a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET) by the National Environmental Training Association, Ms. Johnson is experienced in the design, development, coordination, administration, and instruction of a wide variety of training programs. She has worked extensively in the manufacturing, petrochemical, glass and metal finishing industries and participates in audit teams assessing Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) training issues for industry.
Ms. Johnson offers a full range of training services from developing a comprehensive HSE training program for clients to offering Train-the-Trainer courses. She specifically develops all of her instructional materials including instructor's manuals, student outlines, instructor evaluations, student exams, and classroom exercises.
Ms. Johnson was formerly the Director of Training for EnviroSearch International in Salt Lake City, Utah and prior to that worked as the Assistant Program Director of Continuing Education for the Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (RMCOEH) also in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is currently a health, safety and environmental training consultant based in Madison, Wisconsin and a partner in Partners in Domestic Preparedness also in Madison, Wisconsin.
