Misc. Information About Me

I have never had to actually put information about me in print, so this is kind of awkward...but here goes....

What I enjoy:  I enjoy reading, working with people, helping people, my family (most times, ha ha), and working with computers.  I could spend weeks on end at Staples or Best Buy.  I read mostly fiction/fantasy, meaning the books with the dragons and magic(not the romances) and love movies about the same type things.  Oh, and humor.  Humor is a must for me.  I love to laugh and see people smile.

Where I'm from:  I'm originally from Muscoda, Wisconsin.  I moved to Lancaster 15 years ago and love this area and it's people.  It's a beautiful place and I've never met a more helpful bunch of people.

More personal goop:  I have 3 fabulous teenage boys and 1 adorable stepdaughter.  I'm also very lucky to be married to a sweet  man for the last 13 years.  We have 1 dog and 1 cat.

Why I work temp/part-time jobs like this: Many reasons... I can set my own schedule so that I can be with my family, go to school, and be an EMT.  I work 7 days a week sometimes, but I can schedule off the following Tuesday to watch my son's band play. Nice huh?  I also like the change, I get to meet new people and learn new things and the different ways people do things.  I get to teach people and fix things and see how my work makes a difference.

There... I think I'm done.  I look up and the preceding paragraphs and see all of the "I"'s and hope I didn't type too much or bore you too much, but if I made you smile, then that's o.k.....
